Trailer for “Mohenjo Daro” hits the web

The trailer of one of the most anticipated Indian films of the year, Mohenjo Daro, has finally been released.
Star Hrithik Roshan was already teasing with releasing some posters and a teaser of the film a couple of weeks ago, but now we can finally see a full length trailer.

The film is directed by Ashutosh Gowariker, who is known for the Oscar-nominated Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India (2001), and the historical epic Jodhaa Akbar (2008), also starring Roshan.

The story takes place in 2016 B.C. in the city of Mohenjo Daro, one of the oldest known settlements of the ancient Indus civilisation. The film is to feature music by Oscar-winner A.R. Rahman and has one of the highest production budgets in the history of Indian Cinema.

Next to Roshan, the film stars Pooja Hegde and Kabir Bedi.

Mohenjo Daro is set to be released in India and the US on 12 August 2016.
